Delivery and Shopping
First and foremost, we hope all of our customers are staying safe and healthy during this time. Our hearts go out to all who are affected by this virus physically and emotionally. You are missing your loved ones. You are missing birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, funerals, and other special and important occasions ordinarily shared with others to celebrate or comfort one another. Flowers are a perfect way to share your feelings and show them how much you care when you cannot be there in person. We are still open and accepting delivery and pickup orders. Below are some other COVID-19 considerations that we are observing:
- We are still delivering flower orders and are now offering curbside pick up.
- Our stores are operating during limited business hours (Baton Rouge: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM; Denham Springs: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM)
- Our stores are open for in-store shopping. We are only allowing two customers at a time to limit person-to-person exposure.
- We are requiring a recipient’s phone number prior to delivery. Our drivers will call ahead and will make arrangements to leave deliveries outside to limit person-to-person contact.
- Delivery desination that may be affected are as follows:
- Nursing Homes: Most nursing homes are not allowing flower deliveries. Please call the nursing home prior to ordering to confirm.
- Hospitals: Most hospitals are accepting flower deliveries. Please confirm prior to ordering that the person you are sending flowers to can receive them.
- Funeral Homes: Many funeral homes are limiting the number of visitors or taking special precautions to limit person-to-person exposure during visitations; however, all funeral homes are accepting flower deliveries.
